Mission
The mission of MZDI Development Corporation of South Florida is to provide various types of affordable housing for low-to-moderate income families. MZDI is committed to assisting low-income individuals and groups to become self-sufficient in order to own, manage, and operate housing, and to gain and create access to wealth-building opportunities within the communities we serve.
Vision
Securing high quality resources and support to facilitate the creation of unique, diverse, vibrant and sustainable communities - while maintain our on-course commitment to enterprise toward financial stability; providing for operations, product services, and manageable growth.
Partnerships
MZDI Partnerships are built on the premise that collaborative relationships to advance economic and community development within the under-served communities can be the key to success. These partnerships are geared to establish an on-going relationship to share knowledge and expertise in providing services to non-profit and for-profit enterprise, coordinate, implementing and promoting projects related to economic and community development, business development - within these communities, housing development, government relations, public involvement, and initiatives improving the quality of life for low-to-moderate income communities.
